UPDATE: After getting together with the parents and the child, (who wears a comfortable size 5), this little shrug was TIGHT. So tight, in fact, that I had to remove the lining from the sleeves. I sewed the armhole opening of the lining to the sleeve/bodice. However, because of the "fur flying
