Highly Recommend This is a pattern for a lined, loose-fitting, partially interfaced jacket, above hip length, with pleated raglan sleeves, bands, stand-up collar and front button closing. A pant pattern is also included.

Compared to the pants, this really is an easy jacket to make. It's a loose-fitting raglan sleeve jacket with a stand-up collar. The sleeves are 3/4 length with pleats at the shoulders: Back view
The jacket was interfaced (with the exception of the sleeves) with a woven fusible and fully lined.

Highly Recommend From the envelope: Semi-fitted Straight legged pants have side slant pockets with button tabs, fly zipper closing, loops, topstitching trim and piping.
