Recommend, with Modifications
Finished. Done. Installed the elastic today -- used a "Scunchi" hairband - both thicker elastic, comes in brown to match my hair, and has a nice thread cover and a silicone line along one side to prevent slippage.

Pattern Description:
This pattern includes instructions for five hats in 1930's-40's styles.
Pattern Sizing:
My head is very large, vogue hats are sized for very tiny headed people.
Two of the hats (views B and C) are the type that perch on your
