Highly Recommend
Pattern Description: Drape neck tops for knits. I've reviewed this pattern before (click at your own risk, the photo is REALLY old and unflattering but I still LOVE the top). I have lost count of how many tops I've made from this pattern. Two pattern pieces, no neckline to finish, whats not to love?

Great Wardrobe Builder
I finally combined the best of both worlds -- My Talbots copy t-shirt and long sleeves from Burda 8558.

Pattern Description:
Misses tops with sleeve and neckline variations. This top has been reviewed many times and as a result of those reviews I decided to go with the drape neck of view C and the 3/4 sleeves of view B (minus the lace and slits!)

Update Jul 13th 2004 Burda 8558 is one of the best fitting patterns I've ever sewn with. When I was happy with the full sleeved version I kept it away thinking that I will use it again later. I was however very sure that the sleeveless version will have some problems given the gaping issues I've had

Great Wardrobe Builder
Pattern Description: Draped-neck knit top. I made view C and added the sleeves.
Pattern Sizing: 8 - 22. I made a 10, tapering to a size 8 below the bust.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Better! Actually, I really didn't like the photo
