I like the look of the Banana Republic blouse with front tie, that I discovered on-line earlier this year.

Great Wardrobe Builder
Pattern Description:
Blouses with darts and variations in sleeves and neck. Sorry, the hem's not lying flat in photo like it usually does; the blouse spreads out at the hips more than I do, and it bunched a little. I made view D.
Pattern Sizing:
8--18, I made a 12. It seemed a little less fitted

Highly Recommend
Pattern Description: Button front blouse with darting in back and front for shape and multiple necklines. I chose the V-neck with decorative tie
Pattern Sizing: 8-18. I'm a bust measurement 37, but I made the size 12, rather than the recommended 14/16 because the finished bust size for a 12 is 38

Easy & Great for Beginners
Pattern Description:
Misses blouses with front and back dart shaping, sleeve and neckline variations
Pattern Sizing:
I cut a 16 bust, 18 waist, 20 hips as usual
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
