Highly Recommend
Edited to add better photo of full length dress. Unfortunately dd insisted on wearing her yellow tank top and knit pants underneath. Oh well. She ended up wearing some fairy wings with the costume for Halloween and called it fairy Belle :)

Mediocre Pattern
Pattern Description: A very cute ruffly dress with fussy off the shoulder seams
Pattern Sizing:86-116, I made 110
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? yes but the shoulders are better behaved on the pattern
