Recommend, with Modifications
Pattern Description:
Straight leg athletic pants with straight waistband, drawstring and pockets.
Pattern Sizing:
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?

Easy & Great for Beginners
This is a pattern for pull-on pants with wide waistband with drawstring.
It also has size seam pockets - but I left those off of my pants.
The waistband is 4" wide. I decided I didn't really like that, so the 2nd pair I made the waistband 3" wide.

Pattern Description:
Wearing comfort is also the credo for these pull-on trousers/ pants. The wide waistband with drawstring is about as comfy as it gets.
Pattern Sizing:
36-44. I made a size 36.
