Mediocre Pattern
Pattern Description: Frilly, summer, strapless dress.
Pattern Info: I generated this pattern using a flared sheath with French darts. I set the bust ease at 8cm, so that I could gather the top edge with 25 mm elastic. The elastic holds the dress up. The frill on the top edge is just a rectangle
