Butterick 5301 Scrubs
The V-neck scrub top features comfortable t-shirt ease, shirt sleeves, and styled pockets. The specially fitted sleeves allow more arm movement for a full-figured woman. The elastic waist pants with side seam pockets have been specially drafted to fit the correct waistline slant of a full-figured woman. Directions for a drawstring waistline are also included.

Recommend, with Modifications
Pattern Description:

XXL-6X. I made size 3X which is very much like RTW sizing.

Mediocre Pattern
Pattern Sizing:
Beware the pants.
According to the pattern envelope, the XL size fits up to 46 inch hips.
But the finished measurement at hip level for size XL printed on the pattern is 44 inches !!
Extra odd, as the XL top is 50-1/2 inches at hip level, plus side vents - plenty big enough.
