Highly Recommend
Pattern Description: Toddler top, pants, coat and hat. I made only the top and pants since my grandaughter will not tolerate a hat.
Pattern Sizing: I made the large size, hoping it fits an 18 month old who I have not seen for a few months? Big 4 tend to size little larger than average.
