Don't judge this pattern by the photo & drawings on the cover! The pattern is actually very cute without all the weird embleshments the pattern is quite current and not as old fashion as it looks. I have actually mde this dress 5 times and I love it!

Pattern Description: Toddler dresses. There are sleeveless, short-sleeved, and long-sleeved variations of the dresses. I sewed view F which had the short sleeves and the ruffles.

Pattern Sizing: 1/2,1,2,3,4 I used 1/2 I think. It's a little wide and short on my daughter, but I think that's to be expected based on her measurements vs. the size chart.
