Mediocre Pattern

Recommend, with Modifications
Pattern Description:
This is a pullover dress with no zippers and no darts, so it tends to be boxy/tent-like, bordering on a mu-mu. It has an interesting collar, which lends itself to various adornment possibilities. The front pleats add character as well.
