Pattern Description:
Semi-fitted blouse with back ties and button or snap closure. Collar and sleeve variations. I made view B, with the standard collar and short sleeves.
Pattern Sizing:
Multi-sized 8-20. I cut a straight size 10.

Were the instructions easy to follow? Yes, i think so. It called for a bias strip on the back neck enclosing the collar, and this was a new technique to me
