Pattern Sizing: 8-18. I made version c - top right pink on pattern envelope. I started with an 18 and went out to a 24 at the hips

8-18 I made a 10 and graded out to a 12 at the waist through to the hem.

Pattern Description:

Pattern Sizing:
8-18. I measured as a size 14-16 but made a size 12, and it was a bit too big.
