A 8-18. I made a size 12 skirt. I haven't tried the jacket or top patterns.

Great Wardrobe Builder
This is a second version of this skirt. It is made with a brightly colored, cotton/lycra woven. This version has a wider waistband and invisible zipper in the center back. Here is the whole outfit.
