Difficult, but great for Advanced Sewers
This jacket has been on my to sew list after it was first published in the January 2009 BWOF issue. It's a complicated jacket, rated 3.5 dots with a lot of details. What does a pattern need to be rated 4 dots? I would rate this pattern in the most difficult category, especially if you use a plaid as

Pattern Description: Per Burda: This short, double-breasted jacket is a real head-turner! There’s the brightly coloured plaid fabric on the one hand and a clever cut and shape of garment on the other – plus the bias-cut band on all the edges!
