Recommend, with Modifications
Pattern Description: The Shanghai Tunic from Hot Patterns features a gathered bust which fits into a raised waistband. Flared bottom hems on sleeves and the body of garment have deep contrast bands. The tunic also features back ties and an optional privacy panel.
