Easy & Great for Beginners

Yes, pretty much except I didn't use contrasting fabrics and I didn't use the straps as a halter.

Pattern Description: Misses' Dress with Bodice and Skirt Variations
Pattern Sizing: 4,6,8,10,12 - I made the 12 but used a dress form to make the top fit perfectly. I shortened the elastic a little.

Recommend, with Modifications
More specific rating: This pattern has great potential. The instructions are great, and techniques suitable for a beginner, but the fit modifications needed would be complicated.
