Recommend, with Modifications
Pattern Description: Ladies' blouse with tie belt.
Pattern Sizing: Humongous. Really. Overlarge. Inaccurate. I cut a twelve which was exactly my size, according to the back of the envelope -- maybe even a little small.

Easy & Great for Beginners
