Pattern Description: A cross-over top with or without a small stand-up collar, either sleeveless or 3/4 sleeves
Pattern Sizing: all the way from little girls' size 2 to adults size 22 (US sizes). Note that the sizes correspond much more to RTW than to standard US pattern sizes.
