Pattern Sizing:too big at hips - I took off 5"; nice fit in shoulder area

Easy & Great for Beginners
What to do with this wild fabric? It seems to be felted wool/mohair with yarn somehow bonded to the surface. The yarns carry over off the edge of the selvage. I decided to make a coat with very simple lines to show off the fabric. I turned the pattern pieces sideways on the fabric to use the selvage
