Highly Recommend
Pattern Description: Button front blouse with shoulder princess seaming, mandarin style collar and short, kimono sleeves.

Easy & Great for Beginners
This is a cute pattern from Burda. I like the play with plaid on the diagonal. What I didn't like was the collar - it appeared to be too high for a simple summer shirt. So I cut the front pattern lower in order to eliminate it.
Instead I piped the front with silk charmuse.

Easy & Great for Beginners
Another old creation I made in October 2008. From a burdastyle contest I entered where we needed to use recycled fabric and alter one of the BS patterns. For me, this is a bit of a crazy design, but I like it and had tons of fun making it :)
