Recommend, with Modifications
This is for the chemise (called underdress by Simplicity), mostly using view A but without the ruffle piece from the pattern. I do love the sleeve placket!

Pattern Description: Medieval costume - overdress and underdress. I used this pattern to make Eowyn's "Refugee Dress" from Lord of the Rings.

Mediocre Pattern
Pattern Description:
Under Dress B. A loose fitting under dress with fitted sleeves and gathered neckline.
Pattern Sizing:
10-12-14-16
I made size 16, not realizing how loose fitting the body was, I could have gone with a 10 but used the sleeves from 16.
