Easy & Great for Beginners
Pattern Description: This is a dress with ruffles. There is an optional trim on the bodice, and the armholes and neck edges have bias binding applied.
Pattern Sizing:I made this in size M, or 12 months. My daughter is 12 months, yet this sizing is a little too big for her.
