Pattern Description: Skirts with a faced waist, side zipper closure and handkerchief hemline. Skirt A has bias flare; skirt B is lapped at the front. I made view A. That is the description on the envelope. What it doesn't tell you is that skirts have a yoke, not just a faced waist. And most interes
