Difficult, but great for Advanced Sewers
This blouse has been incubating in my stash and in my head for a very long time, and finally bubbled to the top recently. Sorry for the long and technical review; chiffon requires lots of off-the-instructions thinking. This is NOT for beginners!

Great Wardrobe Builder
