Recommend, with Modifications
Pattern Description: I think it was simply Newsboy Cap
Pattern Sizing: You make the sizing yourself based on the measurements you want for your project. Personally, I don't know what size this started out to be nor do I know what it ended up being.

Pattern Description:

Pattern Sizing:
Sizeable based on head circumferance. I used 22 inches for my son's head size which turned out to be too small.
