Pattern Description:
I made View B, which is a wrap blouse with a full collar, pleated breast pocket with button flap, 3/4 length wide sleeves that roll up and are fixed with button tabs, and a wide belt (View A has a band collar, no breast pocket, and shorter sleeves).
