Difficult, but great for Advanced Sewers
Pattern Description:
This is a vintage skirt pattern from 1915. It was supposed to feature a small welt pocket on an angle on the front of the waist - but my first attempt at the welt pocket failed - so I left it off on my second attempt, at least I had enough fabric left for the second attempt - b
