Difficult, but great for Advanced Sewers
Pattern Description: Loose-fitting, pullover, top or tunic in three lengths has gathered front and ties. A, B: sleeves. B: side seam slits. C: sleeveless, elastic waist. D, E, F: Straight legged pants or above ankle, bias skirt has elastic waist.

I have made only the skirt so far in this new NY/NY pattern. I wouldn't buy the pattern for just the skirt since it's a basic, bias-cut A-line, but it is a nicely drafted one. The skirt has an elastic waistband. What really appeal to me in this pattern are the tops; I want to make them all!
