Pattern Description: Reversible skirt with elastic waistband and hem band.
Pattern Sizing: European sizing 98-128cm. I made a size 122 for my 6 1/2 year yo.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Yes.
