This is one of the free downloadable patterns from Fabric.com, HotPatterns Cool, calm and Cowl-necked Top, and the fabric is this sequined poly stretch stuff. While it's very stretchy, it’s not very drapey. I'll have to make this one again, but in a much drapier fabric; still, I really like this

Easy & Great for Beginners
Pattern Description: In my own words...small cowl neck with wide, wide band at the bottom. Back neck facing with turned under and hemmed cut on sleeves.
