Difficult, but great for Advanced Sewers
Pattern Description: This summer top and shorts features a smocked section on the bodice, a circle skirt, and lots of wonderful details.
Pattern Sizing: 18mo., 2 & 3 yrs.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? yes
