Easy & Great for Beginners
Pattern Description:
This pattern is one of the Take 1 Make 4. Pattern 128 is the tunic version, but I decided to make it a shift dress, so I omitted the belt.
Pattern Sizing:
I made the 40.

Recommend, with Modifications
Pattern Description: The tie-belt shapes this casually cut tunic that looks elegantly sporty when worn over white trousers/pants.
Pattern Sizing: 36-44, I traced the 44 and cut the fabric, without adding for the seam allowances.
