Easy & Great for Beginners

Recommend, with Modifications
Observation added 2/09/03: made this up again with slinky knit, which may be the perfect fabric for this pattern. I used a deep brown slinky from Spandex House as I wanted something I could wear to work (the previous version in stretch velvet was too dressy.). Slinky has a tremendous amount of cros

Pattern Description:
This is a pattern for a knit dress with a tulip shaped skirt, and matching jumper that goes over the dress. I made the dress.
