|
Description:View A: Tank dress with two side slits. Low empire with elastic gather and a scoop neck (Hip ease 3”, Bust ease 1/2”). View B: Slight A-line tank dress with a round neckline (ease see view A). View C: Tank with scoop neck (ease 1/2”). View D: Tank with round neck (ease 1/2”). View E: Body fitting camisole (ease dependent on fabric stretch).
Suggested Fabric:View A-D: All drapey wovens, knits, velvets and laces. View E: Knit and stretch fabric only.
Notions:View A-D if using elastic gather treatment you will need approximately 24” of 1/2” lingerie elastic.

Recommend, with Modifications
I did not read other reviews of this pattern before cutting because I would not have made the dress. However, I'm glad that I did make the dress because it looks great on me!!! Furthermore, I did not run into some of the problems that other reviewers did. I spent quite a bit of time analyzing the

Easy & Great for Beginners
Update 15 August 2004: I finally made the dress this weekend. I made the View B (no gathers/no slits) with the View A lower neckline. I probably didn't make the best fabric choice. This is a rayon/cotton Island Print from eQuilter.
