Pattern Description: * I used this pattern for a base only*
Pattern Sizing: 6 months-7yrs. I cut a size 7 for miss 8, as due to all of the shirring, it is very roomy.

This pattern has become a staple for me - I have made it 9 times (and counting) - I have made size 5 and size 7. I have always used quilting weight cotton. My criticisms are below:
