Recommend, with Modifications
Pattern Description:
Wrap-around above-knee length dress, neck ruffle, sheer puffy sleeves, sheer overlayers.
Pattern Sizing:
Size 12 top, tapered to size 10 at hips. The tapering did not actually make any difference in the end.
