Great Wardrobe Builder
This is one of the bottoms for my entry to the wardrobe contest 2010. Because I'm going with a floral theme in brown and corals, I thought this skirt would fit in nicely to the collection because of it's petal-like skirt layers. I've handsewn some lace onto the petal edges to help define the layer
