Pattern Description:
The basic striped top is perked up with frills stitched over the puffed sleeves that accentuate the shouder line.
Pattern Sizing:
34 - 48 (bust size 80cm - 110cm)

European Sizing 34-48
I made a 34 through the shoulders and a 36 through the rest of the top.
