Highly Recommend
Pattern Description: Empire Waist Dress has casing and elastic neckline, gathered uper front and back, puff sleeves and trim variations.
Pattern Sizing: 4-10, I used the 10
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Sort of, I made it into a top.
