Recommend, with Modifications
Pattern Description: (from Burda): "The peasant-style blouse with elastic shirring to look like smocking at the neck and waist embodies a poetic country image." From me: a blouse that is more like a tunic with lots of fiddly steps like shirring, then gathering, and then making a drawstring casing.
