Recommend, with Modifications
Pattern Description: Semi fitted blouse, front rouleaux loop & button fastening, with gathered shoulder yoke, cutaway front neckline with collar band and tie.
Pattern Sizing: 6-26 in one pattern. I cut a 14 (a size smaller than normal)
