Difficult, but great for Advanced Sewers
Pattern Description: Fitted Blouse has tie collar, front & back empire seams, gathers at underbust seam and at center back neck. Blouse features gently flared 3/4 sleeves and fitted and seamed lower panels.
Pattern Sizing:6-26. I used size 20.

Recommend, with Modifications
