Highly Recommend
Pattern Description: Tops, with or without a bottom band, with the front gathered into a neckband. Several different sleeve variations.
Pattern Sizing: 6 to 26, all in the same envelope. Note that HotPatterns sizing is closer to RTW than that used by the Big 4 pattern companies.

Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?Somewhat, though I made only test garments to help with the fitting. I could not perfect the fitting

Highly Recommend
Update June 2011: Sunshine Dress!
I lengthened the pattern to make a dress and it's great! I used a gorgeously soft and drapey viscose/lycra knit from Croft Mill in the UK.
Alterations made:
- I lengthened the pattern by 7 1/2"
- I added a 3" hem facing as Trudy suggests in her YouTube video
