This pattern is for a lined Jacket in two lengths, with a kimono style band and a very loose fit. The lined vest has a raised armhole so it can also double as a blouse. Instructions are included on how to make your own Japanese Knot closures. I made the short version of the jacket. The instructions

Highly Recommend
I LOVE this pattern - it is for a great jacket or vest. The only thing misleading about the pattern cover is the apparent seaming in the vest, which doesn't exist in the pattern - though of course, you can do it.
