Butterick 3906 Misses Costumes
Very loose-fitting, slightly flared dress, above ankle, has elasticized neckline/sleeves, ruffle and above elbow or long sleeves. Fitted, lined vest has princess seams and purchased lacing. Slightly flared skirt, below mid-calf, has elastic waist. Purchased trim.

This pattern is a very loose-fitting, slightly flared dress with separate vest and over-skirt. I made a size 16 even though I usually use a 14 as the vest was quite form-fitting and I needed the extra width for my generous bust. I cut the dress/blouse section using size 14 and it was more than lo
