Easy & Great for Beginners
Pattern Description:
Semi fitted to fitted dress or top with a cowl-neckline. A very easy project!
Pattern Sizing:
34-38. Technically its a 36, but since its a knit, depending on fabric it should fit anywhere from a 36 to a 38. I am a closer to a 38 myself.

Easy & Great for Beginners
I made the dress version too. i added 4 inches of width to the waist/hips and used my serger--otherwise all the construction details were the same as for the top. i didn't alter the length because i'm really short, but more normal heighted people might want to add some length to the hem.
