Pattern Description: Misses' dress in two lengths with sleeve variations by Cynthia Rowley.
I made view B, the one with the regular long sleeves.
Pattern Sizing: 6-22. I started with a 10-top 12-bottom and took it a bit along the side seams.

Recommend, with Modifications
Why choose this pattern?:
This dress would make a lovely cocktail/evening dress and I needed a dress to wear to a spring wedding. You have 3 different sleeve options with this dress, two neckline variations and comes in knee length or floor length.

Pattern OK, but did NOT work for Me
Pattern Description:
Cynthia Rowley design for Simplicity. Misses dresses with a gathered skirt, wide midriff band, high gathered neckline and sleeve variations.
Pattern Sizing:
