Kwik Sew 3829 Tops & Skirts
Dolman sleeve tops are gathered to bands at shoulders, back neck, and waist, and have button closure on waistband. Front bands, back band, and waistband are made from contrast fabric. View A waistband is shaped and sits at waist. View B waistband is straight and sits at hip. Pull-on skirts have elastic in casing at waist. View A skirt has center back hemline slit.

Easy & Great for Beginners
Pattern Description: Pull on Skirts have elastic in casing at waist. View A has a centre back hemline slit. I have made View A and shortened it.
